A Prep Kitchen is a commercial commissary kitchen available for all to use, Rented by the hour only, open 24/7/365. We have multiple plans/rates available to fit your needs!

Main Kitchen
This space includes multiple prep tables in a large clean kitchen space, equipped with a 6 burner stove, double convection ovens, knives, bowls, sheet pans, utensils, cutting boards, a large rice cooker, alto-sham, proofing box, meat slicer, and much more!!
At APK we strive to provide a clean happy space for all! We do have strict cleaning procedures in place to ensure all clients have a great experience in our space. We are available to help and love to!
Prep Kitchen, COMING SOON!
Once a conference room, soon another kitchen! This kitchen will have 3 stations, a wash station, a prep station, and a cook station. all stations can be rented independently allowing 3 clients to use this space at once. clients will also have the option to book all 3 stations at once.
Station one- Prep Station
Will include prep tables and space to prep and package product.
Station two- Cook Station
Will include 4 burner stove, flat top, ovens, and a small prep table.
Station Three- Wash station
Will include a 3 bay wash sink for dishes an clean up.
This room also includes a Hand-wash sink and 2 bay sink for all stations to share.
